My name is Debbie and I live in Northern California. I’m an independent artist completing my last year of graduate studies in fine art. I began making these small works of art as a way of balancing the intense work I generally do for my graduate studies which are large and complex pieces. The works that you find here are energetic, light, fun and unique. Some of the pieces are miniature contemporary abstractions done with the same energy and focus I put into my larger paintings. Others are simply small realistic paintings or prints, but all are made with the intention of finding homes. All of the artwork here at Incite Art is original and handmade but most importantly affordable. I believe that original art adds vibrancy to life and, by making these affordable, can be accessible for anyone interested in having original art in their life or giving it as a gift.

Not sure how to frame a canvas painting? Consider framing your canvas painting in a float frame. Float frames are perfect for paintings that extend to the edge of the canvas. Float frames have a clean look where the artwork appears to float in the center of the frame. Float frames can be purchased from a frame maker or can easily be made from L-shaped moulding commonly found in home improvement stores.
